Steve Markel was elected to the Board of Education in 2007 and is currently serving as Treasurer. Mr. Markel was a teacher for 33 years at Whitehall Schools. He feels it is the unique perspective of a dedicated teacher, devoted parent, and committed community member that he brings to this vital leadership group.

Steve is serving his 6th year on the Board.
