The 2011-2012 marks is my seventh year with Whitehall District Schools. Both of my kids attend Shoreline Elementary in Whitehall in first and second grade. Prior to moving into my current position, I was the principal of Shoreline Elementary, taught third, fourth, and fifth grades with Grandville Public Schools, worked on helicopters in the Navy, and played viola in the Traverse Symphony Orchestra. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, both from Grand Valley State University. My interests outside of school include distance running, playing indoor and outdoor soccer, and performing music with The EduKators. |
